Congratulations to Wayne Kelly, who has won the ABSP Online Cup 2019. Wayne defeated Adeniyi Adebayo 3-2 in the best of 5 final, which concluded on Saturday 21st December.
Wayne and Adeniyi had qualified for the final by winning their semi-finals against Kate Sweetlove and Steve Perry respectively.
This year's competition, organised by Anne Ashmore and Wayne, started at the end of September with nearly 100 players playing head-to-head knockout matches on Facebook Scrabble, with each round lasting one fortnight.
