If you're looking to play word games online, two sites stand out above the rest.

The new wordgame website JumbleTime has recently added updated SOWPODS word lists to its database (based on Collins Tournament and Club Word List (2007)), allowing Scrabble players from all over the world to compete against each other and the clock in a race to solve anagrams.

Read the Help page first, then connect using the JumbleTime box below in order to take part in the individual Daily Challenges and "JumbleJoust" multi-player games. Word lists for international players are marked with a # symbol. Have fun!

The Internet Scrabble Club has been a popular place to play Scrabble online for nearly four years. There are now over 3,000 people connected at any one time, with players ranging from former World Champions to complete beginners. The help files allow even technophobes to get started easily, and a huge number of ABSP members now play on ISC.

There is also an online name list for people who play on either JumbleTime or ISC, or very often both!
