I have been playing Scrabble since 1986 after playing Di Dennis at Darts and
then seeing her on Countdown. In 1987 I moved to Bournemouth and had to
start the Bournemouth club with Margaret Bright in order to continue playing
Scrabble. We started in my Guest House 'The Osprey' where many teams will
have played over the years.
I started work publishing whilst working at the Bournemouth Teachers' Centre
publishing educational books then left to publish 'Simply Horses' for my
sister.
Having worked as editor on The last Word for 5 years I have now taken over
Complaints Officer and BMSC organisation.
